She sees her role as helping people reclaim themselves and their lives — not by delivering answers, but by helping them hear their own — guiding individuals through periods of transition, doubt, and rediscovery across career, relationships, family, and personal sovereignty. She facilitates this work through intensive 1:1 online individual counselling. She is a co-author of the book The Unstoppable Women, Season 2.
Her foundation is built on rigorous clinical experience, holding a Master’s degree in Art Psychotherapy from Ireland and certifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Yoga, with a background practicing across various healthcare settings. She integrates evidence-based psychological modalities and neuroscience-informed practices alongside Vedic astrology and Human Design to serve capable individuals who find themselves temporarily unanchored or off-course. She is based in Nashik in Maharashtra, India, and can be contacted at: rutikarajostwal@gmail.com
