    Anu Sehgal is a children’s books author and Founder of The Culture Tree, a cultural literacy and language education firm focusing on South Asia. The New Yorker believes that awareness of one’s heritage, culture, and language is key for children to become self-aware and confident. She has written five books that represent stories and languages of India.
    She holds an MBA from Yale and has worked in the corporate sector. She and The Culture Tree have received several awards and recognitions, including from the NY State Assembly, the NYC Mayor’s office, and the Society of Foreign Consuls.
